LeadProof Privacy Policy
LeadProof processes account details, workspace configuration, and webhook metadata needed to verify delivery and investigate incidents.
Webhook payload retention
Raw webhook payload storage is disabled by default. In the default configuration, LeadProof stores only safe verification summaries and field names; it does not retain raw payload values. When an organization explicitly enables raw payload retention, sensitive fields such as passwords, tokens, secrets, authorization values, and API keys are masked before storage.
Operational data
We retain events, incidents, audit records, and alert delivery status to operate the service. Access is tenant-scoped and is limited to authorized workspace users and explicitly authorized platform administrators.
